A satisfactory reference is essential for us to process your application, so it is important that you contact your referee as quickly as possible.
Fill in Section 1 of your reference form and send it to someone who knows about your progress so far. If you are at school or have recently left, this will usually be your current or most recent head teacher or tutor. If you are over 20, you should ask someone who knows you well - perhaps an employer or community group leader (but not a relative). If you are not sure who to ask, check with our Admissions Service.
Where your referee should send your reference form
Ask the person providing your reference to return the form as soon as possible. Please make sure your referee sends it to the admissions service at the same College centre where you sent yourapplication form.
